Cheese & Honey Rosemary Pie Recipe

This may seem like an unusual concoction but you’ll love the way it tastes!


  • 1/2 cup butter x 2
  •  2 Cups flour
  •  1 ½ Cups Feta Cheese
  •  1 Cup Halloumi
  •  1 Cup Mozzarella 
  • 1 Cup Honey 
  • Fresh Rosemary 
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice


1- Start by blending the flour and the first ½ cup of butter to ensure they are fully mixed. You can then add a little water to turn the mixture into a firm dough.

2- Grease your tray and then roll the pastry out and into the tray; making the base of your pie.

3- Now softly heat the second ½ cup of butter until it has melted. Allow the cheese to melt into a gooey mess. 

4- Once this is done you need to slowly stir in the honey until it’s completely blended. You may need to warm the honey separately first to aid the stirring process.

5- Finally add your lemon juice and mix. You can then pour the mixture over the pastry. Place the pie in the oven on 375° for 20 minutes.

6- Then remove and allow it to cool. You can then drizzle a little extra honey across the top and sprinkle your fresh rosemary onto the pie. You can use a different herb if you prefer.
