Honey Granola Plus Recipe


  • 1 cup honey 
  • 4 cups rolled oats 
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds 
  • ½ cup cut almonds
  •  2 tsp Sesame seeds 
  • 1 cup dried and sweetened cranberries
  •  1 cup raisins


1- Start by putting your honey and a little oil in a pan. You’ll need to warm this into the honey has all melted but don’t burn it! Separately you need to mix together your oats, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds and almonds.

2- Once blended thoroughly pour the honey mix on top of the other ingredients and start mixing. 

3- You should now slowly pour the oat mixture into the honey one; keep stirring the honey while you’re doing this to ensure it blends thoroughly. 

4- You can now pour the mixture into your baking pan which has been lined with greaseproof paper. 

5- Cook on 300°F for 15 minutes then stir and cook for another 5 minutes before stirring again and cooking for a further 5 minutes. 

6- You can repeat this one more time if required but you’ll need to monitor it carefully to ensure it doesn’t start burning.

7- Once it’s cooled you can add cranberries and raisins or any other fruit ingredients you fancy and enjoy.
