Honey Lavender Cheesecake Recipe


  • 2 cups cracker crumbs
  • 4 teaspoon melted butter
  •  2lbs cream cheese
  •  3/4 cup honey
  •  4 eggs
  •  1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  •  ½ teaspoon lavender extract 
  • 1 cup sour cream
  •  ½ cup whipping cream 
  • Food coloring – optional


1- To make the base you simply need to mix your choice of cracker crumbs with the melted butter.

2- Once it is thoroughly mixed you can press it into the bottom of a cooking tray which you’ve already coated with cooking spray or greaseproof paper.

3- This needs to cook for 15 minutes on 350° while you prepare the rest of it. Start by mixing the cream cheese in an electric whisker until it is smooth. 

4- You can then add your vanilla, lavender and honey. Mix until fully blended. Next bend in the sour cream and heavy cream; whisk this thoroughly until the mixture is smooth. 

5- Pour it into your baking pan and then slide it into the oven for 25 minutes on 325° for approximately 1.5 hours. 

6- You can then turn the oven off, open the doorslightly and leave it to cool for an hour. You’ll then need to refrigerate it for 4 hours before eating.
